But as a wise person once said, “Economists exist to make weather forecasters look good”. When I had purchased a home in 2021 for, well over asking price, some told me that I had overpaid. Fast forward 2 years and I sold that property for a profit. I believe that there are deals out there. It is absolutely the right time to buy if you find the right deal. That’s what I am here for.
